We’ve been listening closely to your feedback — and we’re thrilled to announce one of our biggest Simplify updates yet! This release introduces mobile access for Admins, and AI-assisted job notes!

👩💼 New for Admins
1. Mobile App Login for Admins & Managers
You asked, we delivered! Admins and Managers can now log in directly to the Simplify Mobile App.
Here’s how to get started:
- Ensure your registered contact number is a mobile number.
- Log in using your mobile number and OTP.
Once inside the app, Admins can: - Create clients and ad-hoc quotations (contract quotations coming soon!)
- Create and assign jobs to technicians
- Manage operations on the go — anytime, anywhere
2. AI-Assisted Job Notes
Writing job notes just got easier. Simplify’s new AI tool helps you craft professional, polished job summaries with a single tap.
- Use Spell Check to fix typos and grammar
- Use AI Rewrite to make notes clearer and more professional
- Or try Combined Mode for the best of both worlds
🔧 New for Technicians
1. AI-Assisted Job Notes (Mobile)
Technicians can now take advantage of the same AI-powered writing assistant to improve job documentation. No more messy notes — just clean, professional summaries ready for clients or supervisors to review.
