Simplify is a cloud based Field Service Management (FSM) solution that allows organizations to efficiently manage a team of service technicians. Simplify helps businesses in managing a mobile workforce and field service operatives, while reliving the backend office of inefficiencies inherent in the traditional process.

Designed to keep track of the various components of field operatives, you can reduce man hours in miscommunication between your office and field technicians, resulting in a more efficient workforce. You can also track technician efficiency, and empower your field operatives to do more on their job, such as real time job updates and uploading media.

There are a four plans to choose from to suit your business’ needs at an affordable subscription price. We recommend you choose the plan with the feature set that meets your business needs today, you can upgrade to a higher plan as your business grows.

There is a 30 day trial period. We do not ask for any your payment details during your trial period. Please contact our team to sign up for a trial account.
Absolutely! Simplify is a full cloud solution that works on your tablet’s or computer’s browser on landscape view. However, the technician mobile application is only available on Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
You will need an internet connection to access Simplify.
Yes. One of the many benefits of cloud based software is that you're always on the latest version. Updates happen automatically and won't affect your data in the slightest. Our team will notify you whenever there is a major update.
You can bulk import your client data into Simplify. Contact our support team and our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
There is a license limit based on your subscription package. Please check with our support team to find out which package you fall under.
Yes. You can export most data by yourself on Simplify into tabular .csv format.
For precaution purposes, we do not have a delete feature for clients and users. Please contact our support team if you need to permanently delete any of these data.
Go to Settings page → Employees → Add Employee. You can add admin or technician users. Please use a valid email address when you create a user, their password will be sent to their email address.

If you decide to cancel during the free 30 day trial, we'll delete all traces of your data from our servers immediately. When it's gone, it's gone - so before you cancel, make sure you have exported all your data.

If you're a paying Simplify subscriber, after you cancel, we will retain your data for 365 days, after which we will delete your data from our servers.
