We’ve made improvements to Simplify based on your feedback this time by adding the option to customize the PDF layouts for quotations and invoices. Keep on reading to figure out how to customize your PDF layouts!
Customizable PDF Layout
Users are now able to customize the PDF layout for quotations and invoices in admin dashboard.
How to customize pdf layout?
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Click on PDF Layout
- Two options are available: Quotation PDF and Invoice PDF
- In the PDF Quotation option, there are 5 customizable sections: Header, Client Information, Table Information, Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Signature
- In Invoice PDF option, there are 4 customizable sections: Header, Client Information, Table Information and Invoice Footer
- Each section will have options to choose from based on your needs
- Click “Full PDF Preview” to view changes on the customized PDF
- Click “Reset to Default” to retrieve the default PDF layout
- Ensure it is correct, then click save
Your PDF layout has now been customized.
